The whole outdoor area feels like it was designed for couples who want to unwind together without distractions.

Here’s what the guidebooks won’t tell you — being slightly removed from the port area is actually perfect. You’re close enough to walk into town for dinner (though I’d recommend driving or taking a taxi at night), but far enough away that you escape the tourist chaos. The location works especially well if you’re planning to explore the broader Côte d’Azur region, since you can easily reach other coastal towns without fighting through Saint-Tropez traffic every time you want to leave.

Look, VillaGassin 403 isn’t going to wow you with flashy amenities or over-the-top service. What it does offer is something increasingly rare in Saint-Tropez — genuine peace and quiet at a reasonable price point. The couples I met during my stay seemed to really appreciate this balance. You get the prestige of staying in Saint-Tropez without paying resort prices or dealing with resort crowds. I mean, when you can park for free and take a dip in your own pool before heading out for dinner in one of France’s most famous seaside towns, that’s a pretty solid deal. Just don’t expect five-star polish — this place is more about comfort and location than flashy touches.

  Een prachtig huis op een prachtige plek. De luxe villa ziet er nieuw uit en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles is aanwezig voor een verblijf met kinderen, ook een kinderstoel en -bed, dus dat is top geregeld. Er is ook een heerlijke tuin met verwarmt zwembad, ligbedden, parasols, airco in alle kamers en een eigen parkeerplek voor de deur.
  Bij aankomst werden we verwelkomt door de congierge die ons het huis heeft laten zien en uitleg heeft gegeven over de apparatuur zoals tv, kookplaat, zwembad etc. Een vriendelijke man die we ieder moment nog mochten bellen met vragen. Op loopafstand een bakkertje dus elke ochtend verse broodjes. En dichtbij St. Tropez. We hebben een topvakantie gehad en komen hier zeker terug.
