Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Saint-Tropez over the years, and honestly? This renovated apartment on Chemin des Amoureux is one of those finds that makes you want to keep it secret. The address alone should tell you something – I mean, “Lovers’ Lane” in Saint-Tropez, come on. But it’s actually not as touristy as it sounds. You’re tucked away from the madness of the port area, which is brilliant because you can still walk down to Place des Lices in about ten minutes when you want that classic Saint-Tropez scene, but you won’t hear drunk tourists stumbling around at 3 AM.

The renovation work here is… well, it’s done right. You know how sometimes “newly renovated” means they slapped some paint over problems? Not here. Everything feels solid and thoughtful – the kitchen actually works (shocking, I know), the bathroom has proper water pressure, and the AC doesn’t sound like a jet engine. The whole place has this clean, modern vibe but they didn’t strip away all the character. There are still those thick stone walls that keep things cool during the brutal July heat, and the windows frame views that remind you why people lose their minds over this part of France. What really got me was the attention to small stuff – proper hangers in the closets, decent lighting for reading, USB outlets where you actually need them. The kind of details that suggest someone who travels themselves designed this place.

Parking’s always a nightmare in Saint-Tropez, but you’re far enough from the center here that street parking is actually possible (though I’d still recommend the public lot near the cemetery if you’re here in peak season). The walk to the beaches is about fifteen minutes if you’re heading to Plage de la Bouillabaisse, or you can catch the little shuttle that runs along the coastal road. Honestly, the location hits that sweet spot – close enough to stumble home from dinner at Le Café, far enough away that you’re not paying port-area prices for everything. The 9.1 rating makes sense when you factor in that this is Saint-Tropez we’re talking about, where a decent place to stay usually costs twice as much and delivers half the comfort. It’s not luxury in the champagne-and-caviar sense, but it’s the kind of place where everything just works, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

  The apartment was extremely comfortable, with air conditioning, a kitchen, a great shower and a lovely patio. You could tell it had been renovated with great taste. The beds were very comfortable. There were even automatic shades on the windows for complete blackout during nighttime. We slept so well! There is access to a massive pool on the complex. There was also a free parking spot. The host and Laetitia who helped us were extremely responsive. Laetitia was so helpful and kind.

  We had an amazing stay at this beautiful rental. The host was incredibly thoughtful and even provided a complimentary bottle of wine upon our arrival, which was a lovely touch. The apartment itself was clean, newly renovated, and had everything we needed, including well-equipped kitchen.

  I had a wonderful time at this apartment. The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything in Saint-Tropez but still peaceful and private. The complex felt very secure and well-maintained, with great facilities throughout. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and Netflix. The outdoor space was a real highlight. Would definitely stay here again!

  Sehr schön eingerichtetes Appartment – sehr gut geflegt . Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.
  Das Appartment ist eben sehr klein und was uns sehr gestört hat ist dass man überhaupt kein Handy-Empfang hat – sehr sehr schlechtes Netz.
