You know what struck me first about this place? The name doesn’t lie – this apartment really is superbe, and honestly, finding somewhere in Saint-Tropez with both a private terrace garden AND parking feels like winning the lottery. I mean, parking in Saint-Tropez is usually a nightmare, especially during peak season when the town turns into a complete zoo of superyachts and celebrities.

The location on Route des Plages is actually perfect if you know the area – you’re literally on the road that takes you to all the famous beaches like Pampelonne and Bora Bora Beach Club, but you’re far enough from the madness of the port that you can actually sleep at night. The apartment itself has that effortless French elegance thing going on, nothing too flashy (which would feel wrong in Saint-Tropez anyway), but everything’s been thoughtfully done. The terrace garden is where you’ll spend most of your time, I guarantee it – there’s something magical about having your morning coffee surrounded by Mediterranean plants while planning which beach to hit that day. The space flows really naturally from inside to out, which makes it feel way bigger than most places you’ll find in this price range around here.

What I really appreciated was how the owners actually live in the area – you can tell because they’ve stocked it with the kind of stuff you’d never think to bring but always need, like proper beach towels and a decent coffee machine. The 8.2 rating makes sense to me; it’s not trying to be the Byblos or some five-star palace, but for what it is – a really solid, comfortable base for exploring the French Riviera – it delivers completely. The only minor thing is that Route des Plages can get busy during the day with beach traffic, but honestly, that’s just Saint-Tropez in summer. If you’re here in shoulder season (which I’d actually recommend), it’s perfectly quiet. The private parking alone probably saves you 30 euros a day and a ton of stress, and having that garden terrace means you can grab fresh bread from the boulangerie and have a proper breakfast without fighting for a café table with half of Europe.

  What could be improved: The smell in the bedroom was terrible and infultrated the whole house 😩 It was one of severe damp and musty smell.

  Bring your basics: sheets, toilet paper, soap, dishes tablets, shampoo, mosquito plug, towels…
  The owner said: “it’s a good value for money for the area.” In my opinion not for €500 per night

  It’s a modern furnished apartment very chic and with a nice garden outside. Suitable for a group of 4 people as there’s a sofa that turns into a double bed. Location is great too as there’s a beach within 5 min walk and 15 min walking distance to the centre of St Tropez.
  
  What could be improved: It could have more necessities such as toilet paper, if there’s more than 2 people staying for longer stays.
