Well, this one actually delivers on that whole “super appartement” promise – and that terrace is legit the star of the show.

The moment I walked in, I could tell someone put real thought into this place. It’s not trying to be some over-the-top luxury pad, but everything just works. The layout flows naturally (you’re not bumping into furniture every five seconds), and honestly, the terrace might make you cancel dinner reservations because you’ll want to just sit out there with a bottle of rosé watching the Saint-Tropez chaos unfold below. I mean, Avenue Foch puts you right in the thick of things – you can walk to the old port in maybe eight minutes, hit up the morning market without breaking a sweat, and you’re close enough to hear the buzz from Place des Lices without dealing with the noise all night long.

What really got me was the attention to details that actually matter when you’re traveling. The kitchen isn’t just for show – I actually cooked breakfast there a couple mornings (there’s a decent little épicerie just down the street if you need supplies). The shower has proper water pressure, which… trust me, that’s not guaranteed in older Saint-Tropez buildings. And the WiFi doesn’t randomly cut out every twenty minutes like some places I could mention. The whole setup feels like someone’s well-loved pied-à-terre rather than a sterile rental property, if that makes sense. Even the linens were quality stuff – you know how some vacation rentals give you those scratchy towels that feel like sandpaper? Yeah, none of that here. I stayed during late September when Saint-Tropez starts winding down from peak summer madness, and it was perfect – still warm enough for the terrace but without the August crowds pushing you off the sidewalks. The 9.5 rating honestly tracks with my experience, and I’m usually pretty skeptical of those numbers. Sometimes you find a place that just gets the balance right between location, comfort, and not breaking the bank, and this apartment nails it.

  Apartment truly in central St Tropez, with secure car parking beside the front door, and only 5 minutes walk to Byblos fabulous bar and club, and 8 minutes walk to L'Opera restaurant club. Perfect arrangements. Perfect parking. And private courtyard garden with tables and chairs included.

  We had an amazing stay at this property. It’s placed in a desirable location making it easy to get around in St Tropez. The owner is excellent and easy to communicate with. He helped us out immensely during our stay and is very kind and professional. We had everything we needed at this property, including a washer and dryer, as well as a cute outdoor space for aperitif time. Highly recommend!!!
