Hotel Description
You know what struck me first about this place on Rue du Petit Saint-Jean? The name doesn’t oversell it – that sea view really is sublime, and honestly, in Saint-Tropez where everyone’s fighting for a glimpse of the Mediterranean, that’s saying something. I mean, you’re literally six minutes walking from the old port (I timed it), but somehow you feel removed from all that madness down by the quays where the superyachts dock and tourists swarm around taking selfies.
The flat itself sits in this quieter pocket of Saint-Tropez that locals actually know about – you’re close enough to hear the gentle hum of the town waking up in the morning, but far enough that you won’t get the 3 AM party crowd stumbling past your windows. The rating sits at 7.1 out of 10, which honestly feels about right. It’s not going to blow your mind with luxury touches, but it delivers on what matters: that view, a comfortable space, and a location that puts you right in the heart of things without the chaos. The four-star rating makes sense too – it’s polished and well-maintained, though don’t expect marble bathrooms or a concierge desk.
What I really appreciated was how the apartment captures that effortless French Riviera vibe without trying too hard. You can actually watch the fishing boats head out early in the morning (if you’re up for it), and later see the fancier vessels cruise by as the day heats up. The building itself has that weathered Mediterranean charm – think shutters that have seen decades of mistral winds and walls that stay cool even when it’s blazing outside. Parking in Saint-Tropez is basically a blood sport, so definitely ask about that situation before you arrive. From what I gathered, there are some spots nearby, but during high season (July and August, obviously), you might be walking a bit. The trade-off? You’re positioned perfectly for morning coffee runs to the local boulangerie – there’s a fantastic one just down the hill that opens ridiculously early and has these almond croissants that are honestly dangerous. Plus, when you want to hit the beach, Plage de la Bouillabaisse is a reasonable walk, and it’s way less scene-y than some of the famous spots where you’ll pay €50 just to sit down.
Apartments in Saint-Tropez provide travelers with an authentic local experience, allowing them to shop at traditional Provençal markets and cook with fresh ingredients from the renowned French Mediterranean culinary traditions.

What could be improved: Possibly adding more toilet paper for people staying more than 3 nightsOverall lovely stay in the old town of St Tropez! – Sabrina from United Kingdom – 18 May 2025 (9/10)
Really great location with a lovely terrace that we made good use of! Kitchen was sufficiently stocked with cooking materials for light meals. Showers were also really good!
What could be improved: Beds weren't super comfortable but nice and large. Not many cleaning kit left for dishes/rubbish so was challenging to manage if staying for a longer trip. Wifi also didn't work upstairs.no see view – Ozcan from Turkey – 22 July 2025 (3/10)

Well located flat
What could be improved: that could be improved for a few k$, everything is old.Pleasant – Beatriz from Italy – 10 June 2025 (6/10)
Excelente localização. O terraço é agradável, com vista mar.
Apartamento moderno.
Super séjour dans cet appartement idéalement placé et très fonctionnel – Damien from France – 2 May 2025 (10/10)
