You know what? This little studio on Avenue Général Leclerc is exactly what you’d expect from Saint-Tropez – nothing fancy, but it gets the job done, and honestly, that pool makes all the difference during those sweltering July afternoons when the town center feels like an oven.

I’ll be straight with you – at 3 stars and a 7.1 rating, this isn’t going to blow your mind, but it’s got character in that slightly worn French way that actually feels authentic. The studio itself is pretty compact (I mean, it’s Saint-Tropez, so your euros don’t stretch far), but whoever designed it actually thought about how people live. There’s enough counter space to make your morning coffee without knocking over your sunscreen, and the bed’s comfortable enough that you won’t wake up grumpy after a late night at the port bars. The real winner here is that swimming pool – it’s not huge, but it’s clean and surprisingly peaceful considering you’re right in town. Most mornings around 8 AM, you’ll have it pretty much to yourself, which is perfect because by noon the whole place heats up like crazy.

What I really appreciated was the parking situation – and trust me, if you’ve ever tried to find a spot in Saint-Tropez during peak season, you’ll understand why this matters so much. Having a guaranteed parking space literally saves you hours of circling around those narrow streets filled with Ferraris and tour buses. The location on Avenue Général Leclerc is actually pretty smart too. You’re close enough to walk to Place des Lices (maybe 8 minutes if you don’t get distracted by the market stalls), but far enough from the port madness that you can actually sleep at night. The street does get some traffic, but it’s nothing compared to the chaos down by the harbor. One thing though – the walls aren’t super thick, so if your neighbors are party animals, you might hear them. But honestly, most people staying here seem to be couples or small families who crash early after long beach days. The whole setup just works for what it is: a no-nonsense base where you can cool off, clean up, and store your beach gear while you explore one of the most ridiculously beautiful (and expensive) towns on the Côte d’Azur.

  Very nice and clean, well equipped, it’s designed more like a hotel room so you not going to cook or make food there but there’s a fridge and most relevant things are available . Location wise can’t get any better 👌🏽 very central and walking distance to everything in the center of Saint Tropez. Very nice and friendly, helpful stuff as well. Best value for money will definitely be booking again for sure💯

  What could be improved: It is way too small for 2 people, not enough towels are provided, it is so hot you can't stand it (no A/C!!), the bathroom is way too small and a misconstruction – you can't use the shower without flooding the whole bathroom and the door to the bathroom (including the toilet) can't be closed all the way and is always a bit open
