The staff remembers your name after one night (which, let’s be honest, doesn’t happen much in Saint-Tropez), and there’s this relaxed energy that’s sort of rare in a town where everyone’s usually posturing. The rooms have this Mediterranean elegance thing going on – you know, whitewashed walls and pops of blue that don’t feel cheesy – and the beds are actually comfortable, not just Instagram-pretty. It’s polished enough for a special occasion but relaxed enough that you can wander down to breakfast in your flip-flops without feeling underdressed. Plus, with an 8.8 rating, I’m clearly not the only one who thinks they’ve got the balance just right.
