Having a proper kitchen means you can grab fresh stuff from the Place des Lices market on Tuesday and Saturday mornings – and trust me, the olive tapenade from the guy with the faded blue truck is worth the early wake-up call. The views vary depending on which unit you get, but even the ones facing slightly away from the water give you glimpses of masts and rigging through the windows. Parking is… well, it’s Saint-Tropez in summer, so parking is what it is. But being right on the quai means you can actually walk everywhere that matters – Place de la Garonne for people-watching, the Citadelle for when you need to escape the crowds, even down to Plage de la Ponche if you don’t mind a bit of a stroll.

It’s not trying to compete with the palatial hotels up in the hills, but it nails what most people actually want from a Saint-Tropez stay – being in the thick of things without paying resort prices. The morning light bouncing off the water and hitting your windows around 7 AM is pretty spectacular, though if you’re not a morning person, just know that the marina gets busy early with all the boat maintenance. I actually found it kind of soothing – there’s something about being right where the real Saint-Tropez happens, not just the Instagram version. Sure, you’ll hear conversations in about six different languages drifting up from the quai, and yes, during peak season it can feel a bit like living in a fishbowl, but that’s sort of the point, isn’t it?   Amazing appartement, the view is exceptional over the yachts in the port. It is modern and very clean with a nice balcony. The host is also very professional.

  We were there in October and liked everything, The location is perfect if you want to relax. There are no crowds at this time and the beach is all yours. The terrace faces the marine. There are restaurants along the marine which are great. You can take a ferry to Saint Tropez from Marine Cogolin.

  The host is easy reachable and very kind after he failed of contacting us by all means he tried before our arrival (We did not see his message in time and reply to him in advance). The place is clean and modern. Location is marvelous. We would like to go back again if it's possible.
