The apartment itself is proper French elegant, not the overdone yacht-money kind you see everywhere else in Saint-Tropez. Three rooms that actually feel spacious (rare for this town, trust me), and the owner clearly knows what travelers need – there’s decent WiFi, the kitchen has everything you’d actually use, and honestly, the bed linens feel expensive in that subtle way that makes you sleep better. What really got me though was the morning light streaming through those tall windows… it’s that golden Mediterranean thing that makes your coffee taste better somehow. The neighborhood stays surprisingly quiet too, even during peak summer when the rest of Saint-Tropez sounds like a never-ending party. You’ll hear the occasional scooter puttering by, but nothing like the circus over by the port.

But here’s the real win – they’ve sorted the parking situation, which if you’ve ever tried to find a spot in Saint-Tropez during July or August, you know is basically worth its weight in rosé. I spent my first trip here years ago driving in circles for an hour, sweating through my shirt, cursing French city planning. Having your own spot means you can actually relax, maybe drive to some of the smaller beaches along the coast without worrying about coming back to a nightmare. Place des Lices is right there when you want the whole Saint-Tropez experience – the market on Tuesday and Saturday mornings is actually worth getting up early for, and there are enough cafés around the square to people-watch your way through an entire afternoon. The locals play pétanque there in the evenings, which is weirdly mesmerizing after a glass or two of wine. When you need groceries or forgot your phone charger, everything’s walkable, but when you want to escape the tourist swarm, you just slip back to Impasse des Lorettes and suddenly you’re in this peaceful little bubble again. That balance is pretty much impossible to find in Saint-Tropez – most places you’re either stuck in the thick of it or so far out you need a taxi just to get a decent dinner.

  We had a great time! Quiet neighborhood, perfect location – close to the city center with a dedicated parking – this is essential in saint tropez -, very responsive, nice, kind and helpful host – seamless and accurate instructions to prepare our stay, reach the house, find the keys, arrange extra cleaning -, family friendly (i had 2 small boys), we had everything for the kids and when we reach the host left some sweets for the kids- very thoughtful and the kids were so happy and they loved the house immediately 😉
