Look, I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Saint-Tropez over the years, and honestly? Les Oliviers is one of those finds that makes you want to keep quiet about it so it doesn’t get completely overrun. The location on Clos Bonaventure is actually perfect – you’re tucked away from the absolute madness of the port area, but you can still walk to the beach without breaking a sweat. I mean, when they say “plage à pied,” they’re not kidding around. It’s maybe a ten-minute stroll through some pretty residential streets, and you’ll hit the sand before you even realize you’ve left the property area.

What really gets me about this place is how it manages to feel authentically Provençal without trying too hard, you know? The olive trees they’re named after aren’t just decorative – they’re these gorgeous, gnarled old specimens that actually provide decent shade when you’re lounging outside with your morning coffee. The whole setup feels more like staying at someone’s really well-appointed vacation home than a typical hotel. I stayed in unit 22 specifically, and the space was surprisingly generous – not those cramped Saint-Tropez boxes you sometimes get stuck with during peak season. The kitchen actually works (revolutionary concept, I know), which is clutch when you want to grab fresh stuff from the Saturday market at Place des Lices and not blow your entire budget on restaurant meals.

Here’s the thing about Saint-Tropez that a lot of people don’t realize until they’re there – parking is an absolute nightmare pretty much everywhere, especially from June through September. But this place actually sorts that out for you, which honestly might be worth the price of admission alone. You’re also close enough to walk into town when you want that whole Saint-Tropez scene, but far enough out that you’re not dealing with the crowds stumbling back from clubs at 3 AM. The noise level is really reasonable, even on weekends. I was there during a particularly busy stretch in August, and I could actually sleep with the windows open – that Mediterranean breeze is too good to waste on air conditioning if you don’t have to. The whole area around Clos Bonaventure stays pretty residential and quiet, which I wasn’t expecting given how close you are to all the action. You’re maybe a fifteen-minute walk from the port if you want to people-watch over an overpriced rosé, but you can also just stay put and feel like you’ve got your own little corner of the Côte d’Azur figured out.

  What could be improved: Que l'on frappe à ma porte à 10 heures dimanche matin. Je n'étais pas informée qu'il fallait partir si tôt. Je rentrais d'un mariqage et m'étais couchée très tard dans la nuit. Je dormais encore à 10 heures. C'est réellement abusé sachant que l'on ne peut pas récupérer l'appartement avant 16 heures. Il y a beaucoup d'abus et la personne qui s'est adressée à moi était franchement peu sympathique en insistant sur l'heure de départ dont je n'étais pas au courant. Il n'écoutait pas ce que je lui disais. Ce fut fort désagréable de n'avoir aucune écoute de ce monsieur.

  Замечательное место, прекрасно провели время. Проживали на первом этаже и у нас была возможность проводить большую часть времени во дворике и терассе. Тихая и спокойная обстановка, хороший и чистый бассейн. Удобная парковка для автомобиля где всегда есть место для вашего авто. Можно выйти к морю на частный пляж, где вечером незабываемые виды на море. Туристическая часть города находиться в 10-12 минутах ходьбы, что совершенно удобно для вечерней прогулки. Очень позитивное место и комфорт.

  Die Ferienwohnung ist neu renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt und liegt in Strandnähe. In die Altstadt kann man laufen.
  Garance hat uns sehr herzlichen empfangen und war sehr hilfsbereit.
