The kitchen’s actually usable (not always a given in these vacation rentals), and the living space feels bright and airy. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night – you’re close enough to walk everywhere but far enough from the port that you won’t hear every drunk tourist stumbling back to their hotel at 3 AM. Though I should mention, during market days the square gets pretty lively early in the morning, so if you’re hoping to sleep until noon after a night out at Les Caves du Roy, well… good luck with that.

The location is honestly the real winner here. You can walk to the port and all those famous beach clubs in about ten minutes, but you’re also right next to where locals do their grocery shopping and grab coffee. There’s this little boulangerie just around the corner that does these incredible pain au chocolat – I ended up going there every morning because it felt so authentically French, you know? And parking (which is a nightmare in most of Saint-Tropez) is actually manageable around here, especially if you’re willing to walk a couple blocks. The rating of 8 out of 10 feels about right – it’s not luxury, but it’s exactly what you want if you’re looking to experience Saint-Tropez like you actually live there for a week instead of just posing for Instagram photos. Perfect for couples or small families who want to be in the heart of things without paying those insane harbor-view prices.

  Clean and good located near by restaurants and not far from beach (8 min drive to best beach) . Easy to find and check in. Everything in property : coffee /wash machine, even coffee. A lot pillows and blankets. Good shower and water.
