You know what really struck me about this place? It’s actually right in the thick of Saint-Tropez without feeling like you’re trapped in tourist central. The apartment sits on Avenue Général Leclerc, which I mean, sounds super fancy, but it’s basically the main drag that gets you everywhere you need to go on foot. No need to deal with those nightmare summer parking situations down by the port – though honestly, having a dedicated parking spot here is like striking gold in Saint-Tropez.

The two-room setup works perfectly if you’re not planning to spend much time indoors (and why would you?). The air conditioning actually works – and I say that as someone who’s suffered through too many Mediterranean summers in places where “climate control” means opening a window. The pool area is where this place really shines though. It’s not huge or Instagram-perfect, but there’s something really satisfying about cooling off after walking around those cobblestone streets in 35-degree heat. You can hear a bit of street noise during the day, but honestly, that’s just Saint-Tropez being Saint-Tropez. By evening it quiets down, and you’re close enough to everything that you’ll probably be out exploring anyway.

What I love is how the location actually makes sense for real visiting, not just checking boxes. You’re maybe a ten-minute walk from Place des Lices where the market happens – get there early on Tuesday or Saturday mornings before the crowds descend. The old town and harbor area are totally walkable from here, but you’re far enough up the hill that you avoid the worst of the tourist madness. The 9.3 rating honestly doesn’t surprise me – it’s one of those places that just works without trying too hard. The owners seem to get that people want a clean, comfortable base with the essentials (parking, AC, pool) rather than a bunch of fancy touches they’ll never use. Perfect for a few days of doing Saint-Tropez properly – you know, morning coffee, afternoon pool time, evening strolls through town, maybe a late dinner somewhere you can’t afford but hey, you’re in Saint-Tropez.

  The apartment is in a perfect location to walk to everything in St. Tropez. Added plus is a parking space since parking is at a premium. A total 10 for location. Nicely decorated and very clean. Very comfortable.

  Es ist eine wunderschöne Anlage und sehr gut geschützt. Einige Laufminuten zum Hafen und die Innenstadt.
  Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit Allem was man braucht. Den Pool haben wir nur 1Mal in Anspruch genommen da wir lieber zu den Stränden gehen aber ist ebenfalls gut gepflegt. Der Parkplatz zu der Wohnung zugewiesen ist sehr gut. Alles in Allem einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.
