  What could be improved: Entrance. Dirty. No automatic light and hands full of packages had to use phone light to climb up two floors on unsafe and cracked stairs. Wet towels. Only 2 small pillows and no more given despite asking. Host very rude and told us it was our ‘fault’ we complained about no lights as we did not then on switch (which we didn’t see in the pitch dark). Terrible experience and wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Host offered to return money but didn’t hear back once we left.
