Hotel Description
You know what struck me first about this place? It’s actually tucked away on Chemin des Conquettes, which honestly is exactly where you want to be in Saint-Tropez – close enough to walk into the old town in about ten minutes, but far enough from the port madness that you’re not dealing with late-night party noise echoing off the harbor walls. I mean, don’t get me wrong, the nightlife down there is legendary, but when you’re paying good money for a place to sleep, you want to actually be able to sleep.
The whole setup here feels more like staying at a well-heeled friend’s house than a typical hotel – and I’m pretty sure that’s intentional. The pool area is where you’ll probably spend most of your downtime, honestly. It’s not huge or anything, but it’s perfectly sized and positioned so you get that golden hour light in the evening, which is when Saint-Tropez really comes alive anyway. The garage situation is actually a huge deal here (anyone who’s tried to park in Saint-Tropez during summer will tell you), and it’s one of those details that seems small until you realize you’re not circling the village for an hour looking for a spot like everyone else.
What really gets me about this place is how it manages to feel authentically Provençal without being all… theatrical about it. You’ve got your terracotta tiles and the white-washed walls, sure, but there’s something genuinely lived-in about the whole vibe. The kind of place where you can pad around in your bathrobe in the morning without feeling like you’re disturbing some pristine hotel aesthetic. And speaking of mornings – if you’re an early riser, you can actually walk down to the Marché de la Place aux Herbes before the crowds hit. It’s maybe a twelve-minute walk, and you’ll pass some of those narrow streets that still feel like old fishing village Saint-Tropez, before all the glitz took over.
The location really is the secret weapon here though. Chemin des Conquettes puts you in this sweet spot where you can walk to Rue Gambetta for shopping (well, window shopping mostly – the prices are pretty intense), but you’re also close enough to slip away to some of the quieter beaches like Plage des Graniers when the main beaches get too scene-y. I stayed here in late September, which is honestly the best time – still warm enough for the pool, but the summer crowds have mostly cleared out and you can actually get a table at decent restaurants without booking weeks ahead. The whole place just breathes easier in shoulder season, and from this particular spot, you really feel connected to both the glamorous Saint-Tropez everyone talks about and the more authentic Provençal village that’s still hiding underneath all the hype.

Good location, walking distance to everywhere. Very peaceful complex with pool. We ended up spending more time by the pool rather than on the beach.
We stayed there for 7 nights, have nothing to complain about.Valerie from Belgium (9/10)
The apartment was perfectly located (we knew the residence well and would go back again) at 5 minutes walking distance from the Place des Lices. The residence is very well maintained, with nice green surrounding, a nice pool. It is super calm despite being so close to the center of Saint Tropez; no noise from trafic jam. The parking spot is also very convenient. The host was nice and we got instructions how to retrieve the keys. The bed was prepared and there were bad linens too.

though i did not use the kitchen, it would be great for a longer stay in the future or for a family of 4.Gordon from United Kingdom (5/10)

The apartment is in an excellent location and a ten minute walk to the port and Place des Lices. The communal areas are very well maintained and the pool is really nice (the photos don’t do it justice). The balcony was lovely and the apartment was spacious for two people. There’s a washing machine and a dishwasher and all the amenities you need, such as an iron and ironing board. Overall I would highly recommend for the price and location and would definitely return.
