Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places along the Côte d’Azur, but this little T2 apartment on Avenue Général Leclerc honestly surprised me. When you first pull up – and yes, you can actually find parking nearby if you’re persistent – it doesn’t scream luxury from the outside. But once you’re inside this place, you get it. The terrace is what sold me immediately; you’re literally facing the Mediterranean, and I mean you can hear the waves hitting the rocks below while you’re having your morning coffee. The pool area is shared but never felt crowded, even in July when Saint-Tropez is absolutely packed with tourists stumbling around with their designer shopping bags.

What I really appreciated was how the owner set this up – it’s clearly someone who knows what travelers actually need. The kitchen has proper coffee equipment (thank god), the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every five minutes like half the places I’ve stayed, and the air conditioning actually works. You’re right on Général Leclerc, which means you’re walking distance to both the old port and the better beaches, but here’s the thing locals know – take the little side streets down to avoid the main tourist crush. From this spot, you can hit Plage de la Bouillabaisse in about eight minutes on foot, or wander up to Place des Lices for the Tuesday and Saturday markets without dealing with the nightmare parking situation down by the harbor.

The apartment itself feels more like staying at a friend’s place than some sterile hotel room. Everything’s been thoughtfully updated – the bathroom’s modern, the bed’s actually comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. Honestly, the 9.3 rating makes sense once you factor in the location and the fact that you’re getting genuine Saint-Tropez waterfront access without paying those insane hotel prices down by the port. The only minor thing I’d mention is that it can get a bit noisy on weekend evenings – you’re in Saint-Tropez after all, and people are here to have a good time – but by local standards, this stretch of Général Leclerc is actually pretty calm. I ended up extending my stay an extra two nights because, well, when you find a spot like this that actually delivers on what it promises, you don’t want to leave.

  Everything was fantastic!! Lovely apartment, great balcony, had everything in the apartment you may need – very well equipped. Greg was great and helpful. Great pool and pool area. Not far from supermarket, beach, restaurants and centre of St Tropez. Would highly recommend!

  I'd say everything was very good, the property in amazing and very comfortable condition, everything is there for the good stay alone or with family, highly recommending it! 2 minutes public beach, 10-15 minutes walk to the center, no need for the car or taxi, very close shop to buy all what could be needed, gas station. Special "thank you" to the host, always there is anything needed!

  Appartement vraiment génial. Il très bien situé, au calme et sécurisé. Plage à 5 min à pied. Proche du centre. Environ 8 min. Petit super marché tout près. Une très grande piscine à disposition. Tout est pensé à l’intérieur de l’appartement pour un super séjour. Propre, lits confortables, et Clim dans les 2 pièces super indispensable l’été. Machine à laver à disposition donc très pratique. Et une grande terrasse très bien aménagée avec canapé pour les apéros à plusieurs. Spacieuse. Mention spéciale pour l’amabilité et disponibilité de Chantal qui a tout fait pour nous arranger pour la remise des clefs, à notre convenance et se tenir à disposition. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement et nous y reviendrons. Alia

  Apartamentul este situat foarte aproape de centru. Vis-a-vis de plaja si are si parcare. În plus condițiile din el au fost peste așteptări. Foarte bine dotat și utilat. Spațios. Curat. Confort superior.

  Die Lage ist sensationell. Man kann zu Fuß ins Zentrum gehen und zum Supermarkt. Ebenso zum Strand. Die Appartementanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Großes Außenpool. Das Appartement liegt sehr ruhig nach hinten – die schöne Aussicht, ohne unmittelbares vis a vis kann man auf dem großen Balkon sehr genießen. Das Appartement ist geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage ist im Sommer sehr hilfreich. Dass ein Parkplatz in der Garage zur Nutzung vorhanden ist, war von großer Wichtigkeit für uns, auch wenn die Einfahrt abenteuerlich steil hinunter ging und es sehr eng zum Rangieren war.

  Fukost på den stora balkongen med utsikt över gröna trädgårdar. Nära till Place des Lices och hamnen, 20 min promenad. Närmsta snabbköp 7 min till fots. Nära till några trevliga restauranger, bl a Pearl Beach. Lägenheten är välutrustad och lämpar sig utmärkt för en längre vistelse.
