The address says Avenue de la Résistance, but honestly, you’re practically on Place des Lices itself – which, if you’ve never been to Saint-Tropez, is where the real action happens. I mean, forget the harbor with all the mega-yachts and tourist chaos. This square is where locals actually hang out, especially on Tuesday and Saturday mornings when the market takes over and you can smell fresh lavender and those incredible socca pancakes from three blocks away.

The apartment itself is solid – proper 4-star territory without trying too hard. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, even though you’re literally steps from where everyone gathers for boules games in the evening (those clicking metal balls become oddly soothing after a while). The setup works well if you actually want to live like you’re in Saint-Tropez rather than just passing through – there’s space to spread out, and you can grab groceries at the little Monoprix nearby instead of paying restaurant prices for every meal. The kitchen’s actually functional too, not one of those sad hotel kitchenettes with a broken burner. Parking though… well, let’s just say you’ll get familiar with the narrow streets around here. August is basically impossible, but shoulder season? You’ll figure it out.

Here’s the thing about staying on Place des Lices – you’re in the sweet spot. Five minutes to the port if you want to gawk at boats that cost more than most houses, but you can also walk to Plage des Lices in about fifteen minutes when you need to escape the crowds. The beach there isn’t the famous Pampelonne stretch (that’s a whole thing involving beach clubs and €30 salads), but it’s got actual sand and locals bring their kids there. From the apartment, you’ll hear the church bells from Notre-Dame de l’Assomption throughout the day, which sounds romantic until you realize they chime every fifteen minutes – though honestly, after day two you stop noticing. The rating sits at an 8, which feels about right. It’s not going to blow your mind, but everything works the way it should, the location can’t be beat, and you’ll probably find yourself coming back to that little café on the corner (Café des Arts) every morning because their pain au chocolat is dangerously good and the owner remembers your order after day three.

  We just concluded an absolutely magical time at this stunning apartment, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is simply unbeatable – just steps from the iconic Place des Lices, you're perfectly positioned to experience the authentic charm of Saint-Tropez while being moments away from the vibrant market, charming cafés, and the legendary nightlife.
  The apartment itself exceeded all our expectations. The two bedrooms are beautifully appointed and comfortable, each with easy access to the two well-designed bathrooms. The spacious living room became our favorite gathering spot, offering plenty of space to relax after days exploring the French Riviera. The kitchen is not only aesthetically pleasing but genuinely functional – we enjoyed preparing fresh market finds and morning coffee with ease.
  Having dedicated parking in Saint-Tropez is absolutely priceless – it eliminated any stress about navigating the busy summer streets. The air conditioning was a godsend during the warm Mediterranean days, keeping the entire space perfectly comfortable.
  What truly set this experience apart were the two brothers who own the property. Their genuine warmth, local insights, and attentiveness throughout our stay made us feel like welcomed friends rather than just guests. From restaurant recommendations to helping with small requests, their hospitality was exceptional and deeply appreciated.
  This apartment offers the perfect blend of prime location, comfort, and outstanding service. We're already planning our return visit – this will undoubtedly be our Saint-Tropez home away from home for years to come.
