The kitchen setup is pretty functional too – handy since eating out every meal in Saint-Tropez will absolutely destroy your budget. I noticed the windows face away from the main street noise, so you can actually sleep without hearing scooters buzzing around at all hours, though during July and August… well, nothing’s completely quiet in this town.

Here’s what I really appreciated – you can walk to Rue Gambetta for your morning coffee and croissants without dealing with parking, which is honestly a nightmare in the old town. The apartment gives you that local rhythm instead of the tourist trap experience. Sure, it’s not right on the harbor with those million-euro views, but you’re close enough to wander down for sunset drinks, then escape back to somewhere that feels more real. The area around Paul Roussel has actual residents, not just vacation rentals, so there’s a bit of neighborhood life happening. During market days (Tuesdays and Saturdays), you’ll hear the buzz of activity from Place des Lices drifting over – it’s actually pretty charming. The beach situation requires a bit more effort from here, but honestly, if you’re staying in Saint-Tropez just for beaches, you’re missing the point anyway. This spot puts you in the middle of what makes the town special – the café culture, the evening passegiata along the harbor, those tiny side streets where you stumble onto incredible little wine bars.   We hadden een appartement op de eerste verdieping.
  In het appartement was alles aanwezig. Zoals een vaatwasser, een wasmachine, een koffiezetapparaat, een waterkoker, een airco, een extra ventilator met mist…..

  Il ne faut pas s'attendre arrivé a la campagne, quand on choisi un studio en plein coeur de St tropez,🤔 ni même une arrivée avant 17h00🤣 , ou encore , un tarif préférentiel en plein mois d'août!🤣
  Il y a un large panel de choix dans les environ. 🤔
  J'ai eu quelques problèmes de fourmis, 😑mais il y a tous le nécessaire pour nettoyer, 👍
  Ne laisser pas de la nourriture ouverte et, la vaisselle dans l'évier! tous ce passera bien. 🤣
  En plus il y a même le lave vaisselle. 😜 et le lave linge. 😜
  Les volets sont un peu vétuste. 😪

  The location was very central to everything.
  
  What could be improved: On the day of supposedly arrival, I was still given no instruction on whether if someone is handing me keys to the place or if it’s a place where I can check in myself. I called the owner at 1445 who then informed me I can either check in before 4pm or it’d have to be after 9pm – so I have to cancel my afternoon plans in Saint Tropez to pick up the keys. When we arrived at the apartment, there were 3 massive bags of bin bags in the corridor which stank up the place. The place itself wasn’t cleaned properly either, we used the washing machine and our clothes came out with stains. I understand the Saint Tropez is at high season right now, but I expect more after paying 410 Euros for the night.
