I mean, yeah, there are three rooms and the terraces do face the sea, but honestly, when you’re standing out there watching the light change over the Mediterranean, you realize the “peace” part is what really matters.

The location on Avenue Pierre de Coubertin is perfect if you know Saint-Tropez at all. You’re far enough from the circus of the old port (thank god, because July and August down there is just… a lot) but close enough that you can actually walk to decent restaurants without needing a car. Actually, speaking of cars – parking isn’t the nightmare you’d expect, which in Saint-Tropez is basically a miracle. The whole setup feels more like staying at a friend’s really nice place than a typical hotel, and I think that’s intentional. Each room has its own character, and those terraces – well, they’re not huge, but they’re thoughtfully arranged so you’re not staring into your neighbor’s breakfast situation, if you know what I mean.

What really won me over was how quiet it gets in the evenings. During the day you’ll hear some activity from the avenue, but once the sun starts setting, it’s just you and the sound of waves hitting the rocks below. The hosts clearly get that people come here to decompress, not to be entertained every second. I spent way too much time just sitting out there with morning coffee, watching the fishing boats head out early – there’s something about that routine that makes you feel connected to the real Saint-Tropez, not just the Instagram version. The 4-star rating feels right; it’s polished without being fussy, comfortable without trying too hard to impress. And honestly, a 9 rating makes sense when you consider how hard it is to find a place in this area that delivers on the promise of actually relaxing. Sure, you’re paying Saint-Tropez prices, but you’re also getting that rare thing – a genuine escape that doesn’t feel like you’re performing vacation for social media.

  a very lovely apartment surrounded by beautiful gardens with a tennis court and car parking on site. very quiet area with an easy walk to Bouillabaisse beach and restaurants. the owners were very friendly and helpful. everything was included even a washing machine.

  The balcony overlooking the garden and the water was lovely. Charles answered our email’s promptly and kindly offered us a late checkout. He even left a chilled bottle of Rose’ in the fridge!

  The property is in a lovely location of St Tropez close to a nice beach but a 20 minute walk into the main port. The living/ kitchen area was nice with good facilities.

  Location was close to St. Tropez with a 5 minute walk to the nearby small beach and 15-20 minute walk to the edge of the main harbour/town centre. Helpful owner who welcomed us with great information and we had coffee capsules and water/wine in the fridge which was nice touch.

  Very Quiet. Great free parking, straight walk into town, nice beach close by. Nice to have air-conditioning in each room, Nice to have washing and clothes rack

  The location is great, outside busy and noisy area, but yet very close to the town (walking distance) and to the beaches (walking or car). The whole building complex is very quiet, we barely heard anyone inside or outside.
  The apartment is very spacious and it has all supplies to make the stay comfortable. There are a couple of grocery stores within walking distance if guests prefer to have meals in the apartment, but there are also many restaurants and bakeries nearby.
  There is plenty of parking around the building.
